Enter Billing information

Your order form must have the correct Billing information before it can be processed.

 

Note: The system can save you time with this task. You only need enter your preferred payment method once when you set your default My Account details. These then become your default payment method for all order forms. However, you can still make manual changes later to each form if you wish.

 
When you checkout with your basket, the checkout information page appears.

The Billing information bar appears second in the list. Click the arrow at the end of the bar to open up the details.

Here, you select your payment method - from the drop-down menu. The list includes all options supported by your suppliers.

 

Note: This page shows you how to decide how to pay using one method for your entire order. But it's also possible to pay in different ways for the different suppliers that feature on your order form. See how to apply different billing details to individual items. That said, even if you want pay in different ways later, you still have to enter some billing information here - as this will become your default method for the order form.
